How do you ship merchandise?

The carriers we use are USPS and UPS. Please allow 3–4 business days (not including weekends and holidays) for order processing, and 2–7 business days (not including weekends and holidays) for standard shipping. This is a total of 3–11 business days from the date of your order. If your item is a pre-order, approximate delivery dates will be listed in the description.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Please allow 3–4 business days for order processing. International shipments usually take about 6–15 business days to arrive. You are responsible for paying all duties and taxes at the time of delivery. If you refuse the duties and taxes, your order will be shipped back to us. If you would like a reshipment, you will have to request it at support@careshaplease.com. You will be responsible for paying for shipping it back.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number at the email provided at checkout. Your tracking number may not update with a status until about 2–3 business days. Please check the status of your tracking on the 3rd day for a delivery update.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You may inquire about a return within 14 days of the delivery date for store credit only, valid for 6 months.

All returned items must be new: games unopened and in original packaging; clothing unworn and in the same condition as received.

Final sale: Caresha Closet items, discounted/sale items, headwear, pre-owned luxury items, intimate wear, and accessories are all final sale.

Items sent back without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted. Items received worn or damaged will not be accepted and will be sent back at your expense. We cannot accept returns after 14 days from the delivery date.

If we send you a return label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit. You may also return the package at your own expense.

Event ticketing: All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged. There are no cancellations.

If an event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund minus processing fees.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the original tickets are valid for entry at the rescheduled time; your order will not qualify for a refund.

Can I exchange my item?

We are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item and place a new order for the item you want. You will receive store credit if your return is accepted.

Unapproved exchanges will not be accepted; item(s) will be sent back at your expense.

I tracked my return; it shows delivered but I have not received confirmation. How long does processing take?

We process returns within 3–4 business days. Once processed, we email you a confirmation.

What if I receive the wrong items?

Report issues (with photos) within one week of scanned delivery.

We rarely ship incorrect merchandise, but if you receive something other than what you ordered, email support@careshaplease.com with your order number, what you ordered, and what you received. If we are at fault, we will send a return label and ship the correct item once your return reaches our warehouse.

What if my package is missing or damaged?

Missing packages must be reported within one week of scanned delivery.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they have left our facility. If your package is marked delivered and you did not receive it, please start a claim with the carrier that delivered it.

If you added shipping insurance and the package was lost, stolen, or damaged, you can file a claim with Route:

Lost: An order is considered lost if it is never reported as delivered, or if it is stuck in a state other than “delivered.” Order issues are treated as lost after 7 days without a tracking update (20 days for international) and must be filed no later than 30 days from the last update. On orders with an estimated delivery date (EDD), file within 2–30 days of the EDD.

Damaged: Report right away with photos of the item(s) and packaging. Damaged packages must be filed within 15 days from the date marked delivered.

Stolen: For packages marked delivered but not received, with no clear porch piracy, file 5 days after the delivery date but no later than 15 days.

How much is shipping?

Standard domestic shipping is 5–7 business days and is calculated at checkout. International shipping is calculated at checkout. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes on international orders.

Do you refund shipping charges?

We do not refund postage or shipping charges.

We are not responsible for deliveries affected by customs, natural events, transfers from USPS/FedEx/UPS to a local carrier in your country, strikes or delays, or extra fees or charges after the package leaves the United States.
